Andre founded Ardinal Strategy Group (ASG) to bridge a gap he saw repeatedly in the market: lower middle-market businesses that had outgrown startup mode but didn't need (or couldn't afford) a full executive team. They needed strategic execution, not just advice.

With over eight years of experience, Andre has implemented 60+ high-impact solutions, leveraging growth strategies and synthesized market insights to drive measurable ROI. To date, he has steered strategic engagements for businesses with a combined market value exceeding $250M.

Prior to founding ASG, Andre served as a Management Consultant at EY-Parthenon, where he specialized in PMO and finance engagements within M&A, supply chain, and business development. Notable work included serving as PMO consultant for a procurement division carve-out from a $13B chemical manufacturer and advising on high-stakes M&A transactions across pharmaceutical, technology, and consumer sectors.
